Through the following events, Superteam Japan supported founders, showcased the power of Solana, and helped spark the creation of new teams.

Key metrics that Superteam values saw steady growth through these events. Drawn by the power of the Solana ecosystem, at least 12 teams from the EVM world made the move to Solana.
企業へのアプローチも進行中です。金融セクターを中心に、BDチームは30社のリードを獲得。企業向け定期的ワークショップも開始します。
Our outreach to Japanese companies is also gaining momentum. Centered around the financial sector, the BD team has secured leads from 30 companies. We’re also launching regular workshops tailored for enterprises.
高齢化と人口減少に直面する地方自治体は、Web3に活路を見出しています。デジタルノマドの多いWeb3プロフェッショナルたちは、その鍵を握る存在です。
Faced with aging populations and declining numbers, local governments in Japan are turning to Web3 for solutions. Web3 professionals — many of whom are digital nomads — are becoming a key part of that future.
日本に関わりを持つWeb3プロフェッショナルを「Japan Team」として迎え入れる体制も構想中です。Winter Arcでの経験を通じて、その実現に向けた強い決意が固まりました。
We’re also exploring a structure to formally welcome Web3 professionals with ties to Japan as part of a “Japan Team.” Our experience during the Winter Arc strengthened our commitment to making it happen.

As the Solana community in Japan continues to grow, more and more members are making their mark in the global Solana ecosystem.
Q2の前半はBreakout Hackathonが中心となります。私たちは創業者の支援に全力を注ぎつつ、コミュニティGDPやエンタープライズ領域でもスピード感を持って取り組んでいきます。
The first half of Q2 will be defined by the Breakout Hackathon. We’ll go all-in on supporting founders while actively driving progress in areas like community GDP and enterprise.
Breakout Hackathonでは、50件以上の応募と5チームの受賞（Honorable Mention含む）を目指しています。新たなチームの発掘・育成にも力を入れていきます。
For Japan’s Breakout Hackathon, our goal is over 50 submissions and 5 winners, including Honorable Mentions. We’re also focused on discovering and nurturing new teams.
