The activities of Superteam Japan in November were remarkable! The roadmap established since August’s SuperTokyo event bore fruit at the Radar Hackathon, with the following Japanese teams achieving outstanding results:

Even teams that didn’t win accolades expressed admiration for the unwavering support of the Solana ecosystem. This event undoubtedly boosted Solana’s reputation within Japan’s developer community. With eyes on the next global hackathon, we are already moving forward energetically.

We hosted a joint X Space session featuring the award-winning Radar Hackathon teams: Windfall, Solpipe, and Unkomon.
Each team generously shared their insights, strategies, and experiences from the hackathon, offering invaluable knowledge. The session proved to be an inspiring and engaging experience for all participants.

We were the first L1 blockchain in Japan to co-host a futsal event with Web3 company, Murasaki.
The event, centered on fostering connections through sports, was a remarkable initiative. Despite the limited time, it successfully brought participants closer together, deepening their bonds and creating a strong sense of community.

Super Game Jam, a collaborative event between Superteam Vietnam and Japan, has officially kicked off! This marks a significant milestone as an example of large-scale builder events driven by collaboration between Superteams.
We see this as an opportunity to strengthen partnerships across the APAC region and foster deeper connections. We are actively supporting Japanese teams by providing translated materials and localized resources, ensuring they can fully engage and thrive in this event.

Superteam Japan Contributor, maff organized weekly study sessions to collaboratively learn from translated Solana official documentation, showcasing the unity of the Solana community in Japan.

We hosted the DeFi project HawkFi on Superteam Japan’s Discord and held a workshop focused on LPing. With interpreters arranged to eliminate language barriers, the event was highly praised by participants.
The workshop featured a demo-based approach, offering practical insights into usage. Additionally, it provided a rare opportunity to ask questions directly to DeFi project in Japanese, leading to an active Q&A session with numerous inquiries from attendees.
At Superteam Japan, spontaneous study sessions often emerge thanks to the initiative of its members. This event was one such instance—a study session on DeSci organized by a Superteam Japan member, K5.

A study session on the digital creation platform DR!P was held on Discord, with Superteam Japan member SHO as the instructor. The session also featured participating artists who distribute their works on DR!P, making it a valuable opportunity to share insights.
During the instructor’s demo screen operation, there was a delightful surprise when a legendary item was accidentally obtained, which greatly excited the participants.

Yuki, a member of Superteam Japan, took the stage as a speaker at FUKUOKA BLOCKCHAIN ALLIANCE 2024, held in Fukuoka Prefecture—one of Japan’s leading cities promoting Web3 adoption and development.

In December, Yuki, a member of Superteam Japan, will be the instructor for a workshop localized for the Japanese version of Super Game Jam.
12 teams are participating from Japan, and they will be putting the know-how they gained from the workshop to good use as they enter the development phase.

Also We will collaborate with one of the most famous Japanese Web3 companies Kudasai JP to open a limited-time Solana Cafe with support from Backpack. This initiative aims to further increase Solana’s awareness in Japan.
There have also been major developments within Japan. One of Japan’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, Bitbank, has listed SOL.
We are committed to contributing to the growth of Japan’s crypto industry, striving to make Solana a central pillar of its future.
