Monthly Report: Road to Winter Arc Matsumoto
Superteam Japan’s February was a month full of builder events.
We held regular mini-hackathons “Trend Hack”’ for the first time, held builder training camps, online study sessions, and most importantly, co-hosted Builders Weekend.
Builders Weekend is not a hackathon mainly focused on blockchain, let alone Solana, but a hackathon event where developers from various genres gather. As many as 60 people gathered every day for three days, making it the perfect opportunity to convey the appeal of Solana. We actually succeeded in onboarding four teams, a total of just under 20 people, to Solana development, and two of those teams will participate in the large builder event “Winter Arc Matsumoto” to be held in March.
Superteam Japan is putting all its efforts into discovering and training builders for the Breakout Hackathon in April.

Superteam Japan co-hosted Builders Weekend, the biggest event in February.
As mentors, 256hax, Yuki, and Kinzal visited the venue to share Solana’s technology with Web2 developers.
Since the event was attended by very talented builders, participants asked many pertinent questions about Solana, which led to the discovery of issues for onboarding Web2 builders to Solana in the future.
It was a great event that allowed us to connect with many new developers who were not in the blockchain world.
We would like to thank everyone involved, including the Builders Weekend management team!
