**Monthly Report: Superteam Japan’s First Challenge in a Global Hackathon Since Its Inception**

In September, Superteam Japan focused heavily on preparations for the Radar Global Hackathon. Through several Build Station events, we successfully promoted Solana hackathon participation to new builders and provided a platform for team formation. This contributed to increasing the enthusiasm of Japanese blockchain developers for Solana.

Events summary in September

**Exclusive Build Station for 42 Tokyo (September 11)**

We hosted a special Build Station event for students from 42 Tokyo, a globally recognized engineering training institution. This event proved to be fruitful, resulting in the formation of Radar Hackathon teams.

**Build Station / Pitch Review with Eclipse CEO Vijay (September 13)**

We had the honor of welcoming Vijay, the CEO of Eclipse, who provided invaluable feedback to Japanese teams participating in Radar Hackathon. Participants were deeply inspired by the rare opportunity to receive advice directly from the CEO of a top project.

**Build Station / Discord Community Call (September 17)**

Yuki(Superteam Japan Member,Metaplex Japan) led an ideation session for new builders aiming to participate in Radar Hackathon. The practical curriculum guided participants from business idea creation to pitch material preparation within four hours. Additionally, we hosted a community call for Superteam Japan Discord members, sharing the excitement from the event and promoting Radar Hackathon awareness.

**Super Solana Developer Hub #9 (September 20)**

The ninth iteration of our regular event for Solana developers was held, featuring sessions on the latest Solana technologies, such as Blinks. We also raised awareness about the Radar Hackathon, further promoting it within the developer community.

**Radar Hackathon Awareness X Space (September 25)**

Hisashi Oki(Superteam Japan Lead), 256hax(Superteam Japan BizDev,DevRel), and Yuki discussed the significance of participating in the Radar Hackathon, sharing insights on the rewards and growth that come with the challenge.

**Build Station (September 27)**

The final Build Station of September saw the highest number of participants, demonstrating the impact of our month-long promotional efforts. It was also the most productive in terms of Radar team formation, showing a growing interest in Radar within Japan’s Solana community.

**Private Dinner with ORE’s Hardhat Chad (September 30)**

“ORE”, who won the Grand Champion title at the last Solana Hackathon, has come to Japan. It was an exciting opportunity for Radar Hackathon participants to receive direct advice from them.

Closing Remarks

In summary, September was a month of continuously building the builder community and discovering new builders. Teams participating in the Radar Hackathon have been working diligently, aiming for victory. Some projects have already gained recognition for their innovative approaches. We are eagerly awaiting the results of the Radar Hackathon in October.
